The  prosperous applicant should have the following attributes:
   » capability and availability to work a varied schedule which includes working on weekends and holidays across a 7 day roster.
   » Must be physically fit and energetic person.
   » Strong work ethic and positive culture.
   » Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
   » Time management
   » Caring for onsite farm animals
   » Gardening when needed
   » Have a current NZ work visa
   » 30 hours plus per week
   » Drivers licence
