About the function this function involves going into businesses and supporting people to either stay or return to work. Information technology requires people to be able to think on their feet, and to be adaptable and confident. This is a very variable function, where every day is different! Information technology is 50% admin (report writing, phone calls, emails) and 50% out and about (working with anyone from farmer, office workers, horticulture - anything you can think of). You need to be able to work independently, as you manage your own diary. You must hold a current practicing certificate and significant qualification.
