We don’t just treat an illness, we work closely with people and their families at the most important time of their lives. Mary Potter Hospice is recruiting for a Pacific Liaison. You will be connecting with patients and families and supporting them to get the care and support they need. this function works closely with our community teams. this function will help increase consciousness with the pacific communities of Mary Potter Hospice and available palliative care services. We welcome applications from people with exceptional communication and well-established networks with Pacific communities. practice in the health sector including palliative care is desirable. knowledge of, and capability to move comfortably within Pacific communities is vital. You will have strong relationship management expertise. By being alongside team members, you will increase their knowledge and knowledge of Pacific cultures. Conversational knowledge of a pacific language will be useful. You will also have a full driver's license.
