Ringa Rautaki, Strategic Programmes and Partnerships team supports and strengthens this significant mahi. We are seeking for people with enthusiasm and drive to join our Ng? Ringa Rautaki team. As Senior Advisor -Strategic Programmes and Advice – Te Ao M?ori, you will be responsible for supporting policy advice and programme development. this function will have a focus on Kaupapa M?ori and will help build new initiatives, strengthen Oranga Marae and embed Te Whakamotuhaketanga Hap? across policies and programmes. To be prosperous in this function, you will have: » Te Ao M?ori world view » Strong knowledge of Te Tiriti O Waitangi and M?ori Crown relationships » Knowledge, knowledge and practice in hap? led development » capability to work with, develop and deliver services for M?ori » Proficiency in te reo me ona tikanga » Excellent written and oral communication » Be highly relational » practice in delivering programme/business improvements initiatives » The capability to plan, organise and manage work effectively to meet multiple deadlines » Agility to respond to a fast paced and changing environment DIA offers opportunities to grow.
