This commercial construction company has evolved at a quick rate carefully navigating the market taking on quality projects with good margins. They have developed a good niche within residential housing developments, medium high rise and mixed-use developments. Also, education and remediation. They are led by Directors with enthusiasm and passion for what they do.
They have a host of new projects underway and need a motivated Intermediate QS to join the team and grow in practice and skill under the training of a senior QS.
this function will encompass managing subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Also included is some estimating and tendering work.
this function would suit an applicant with at least 3 years of practice, ideally commercial or multi residential with a main contractor QS and with significant tertiary qualifications. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
