They need people who are as passionate about sustainability and ethically source materials as they are! Our client is looking for Customer Service Agents to work in their support office which is based in the Christchurch CBD. Their office is a safe place and a hub of knowledge for the brand, you will not be short of information or banter! Find out more about the role? » Rostered days between Monday - Saturday » Shifts are 8 hours and can be either 8.30am - 5pm, 10.30am - 7pm or 12.30pm - 9pm » Occasional Saturday shifts are 8.30am - 5pm » Located in the heart of the CBD in a new, modern office » Customer service position which will include, call handling, email response and chat box » Learning product knowledge about fashionable outdoor clothing Side note: This role will be fast paced and at times stressful, you need to be prepared but you can be assured, you will be supported by a strong, close knit team who hold a wealth of knowledge to support you What you need to apply; » X2 previous work references » Previous experience in a customer-based role » Computer savvy Are you ready to take the next step?
