Role Purpose: To provide excellence in Customer Service and Administrative activities as required. Key Accountabilities include: » Providing excellence in customer service to clients, suppliers and internal customers » Proactively contribute to continuous development of the role » Guide our customers to better utilise our software to meet their business needs. » Work with internal teams regarding customer needs » Coordinate incident management from point of logging to resolution » Gain a high understanding of the companies brand, products, systems and use this knowledge to support our customers Skills and Experience Required: » High initiative and can-do attitude are essential » Commitment to a high level of customer service » Proven team player » Analytical and problem-solving skills » Attention to detail and high level of accuracy » Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively » Excellent interpersonal Skills and the ability to clearly communicate with a wide variety of people » Effective verbal and written communication skills The hours are 8 Hours between the hours of 8am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday.
