In terms of work practice, you have previous success in an Information technology recruitment function. You build long term relationships with key hiring managers and the best candidates across Auckland. You are an outstanding client relationship manager. You like to consult and you are good at it! You are good at listening to your clients and using that information to find new business opportunities and match great candidates to your client's functions.
