Productions OperatorJob location:Auckland Rodney & North Shore Work Type: Temporary » » » » Stay local and save fuel money! About the function: If you’re someone who wants weekends off and flexible work hours, then you can stop looking! this function is Monday to Friday with an afternoon shift of 1:30pm – 9pm! All PPE gear is provided onsite. Some responsibilities will include manual food preparation, machine operation, setting up and cleaning down, working collaboratively with management to deliver on business requirements and always working on continuous improvement to do with the operations. What’s needed to succeed in this function: If you’re someone who wants a challenge, is a great team player and wants opportunities to grow with the business, then this function is for you. this function will suit someone that has the below: » Have previous practice in food production or pick packing (is beneficial but not essential) » Be a team leader and motivate the people around you » Have a positive “can do” attitude and be resilient » Be physically fit, and be able to lift up to 20kg on a everyday basis » If you’re not comfortable with heavy lifting, there are multiple shifts available with lighter tasks » Has great communication expertise advantages: You will surely enjoy all the benefits this organisation has to offer!
