Job Offer: Marketing & Promotions Coordinator - Youth Circus Festival:Job description:Job detailsOrganisation Circcapability Trust Closes 10 Mar 2021 Posted on 3 Mar 2021 Region Auckland Work type Contract, Fixed Term Work classification Community & Access Arts, Design, Marketing & Media ShareCirccapability Trust are seeking an energetic, skilled marketing & PR superstar to join us for a short term project to deliver communications support for the upcoming Youth Circus Festival in May 2021.We have a short timeframe to work towards, so We are pursuing someone that can hit the ground running, whohas oodles ofcreative flair. You must be able to provide your own transport, laptop and tools of trade required to execute the tasks in the roll. this function would ideally suit a freelancer. We anticipate this person starting from the 8th of March and working with us until the closure and finalisation of collateral (approximately 10th or 11th of May 2021).The Festival Takes place from 7-9th of May 2021, and you would be expected to be on-site during this time. Otherwork can be undertaken remotely, or in the Circcapability Office if preferred. You will work alongside our festival leader and general manager autonomously, and be responsible for: » Pre-event promotion on social media channels » Creation and dissemination of press releases » Mailchimp campaigns » Documentingevent » Management of webpage » Active engagement with key stakeholders » Management of social media accounts, including TikTok and instagram » We » Post event write up and collation of materials » And any other tasks that might pop up during the pre and post event roll out Please send your resume and brief introduction of yourself to Meg: general.manager@circcapability.org We will be shortlisting as applications come through, and we look forward to working with you!
