You will be r eporting to the Financial Controller and be responsible for completing distinct pieces of project work that will automate reporting and connected business processes. The function will assist the Corporate Accounting team to onboard a new business and make improvements and efficiencies in reporting and related processes for existing entities. This position will play a leading function in implementing defined business improvement projects, collecting and interpreting data and presenting Information technology in required output formats. The focus is to create efficiencies in process using systems and data to improve reporting, enabling better business decision making and allocation of resources. Solutions created will be in the form of new or modified business processes and/or procedures and Information technology is essential this function identifies and implements optimisation and efficiency initiatives and ensures policies and procedures are in place and up to date in line with new or modified processes. Key Accountabilities: » Assist the Business Analyst to design, automate and test development of AP dashboards for live reporting and monthly distribution for review. » Review data capture and reporting for Re-centre appointments including KPI capture and reporting, referral capture and reporting and automation of revenue and billing information from the PMS to FMS and into the data warehouse. » Work with the Business Analyst to automate the revenue and billing processes. » Review and re-design the process for completion and automation of the everyday cashflow reports and integrate these into the liquidity forecasts. practice: » Must have Business Intelligence knowledge, including advanced Microsoft Excel financial modelling expertise and practice performing analysis across large data sets. Well-developed communication expertise are required to support this. » practice in application, revision and development of financial policies and process in a commercial business context. » Chartered Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst qualified is required. » A strong knowledge of implementing processes and procedures that ensure analytical data is readily available to support the business and meet management requirements.
