Want to work in a boutique family-owned operation in a beautiful location? Can you start work immediately? We are seeking for someone to work mainly in the salmon processing area of our business. Ideally you will have had some practice in fish processing (or other knife expertise) and be physically fit (some heavy lifting involved) although full training will be provided. This will be either a fixed term or permanent position depending on visa status (if any). Staff perks include corporate membership to Tekapo Springs, DediKate (Kate Ivey Fitness) and discounted salmon and cafe food. High Country Salmon boasts a cafe and retail outlet floating on a working freshwater salmon farm just outside of Twizel. We grow, process and sell our salmon onsite. With many aspects to the business, this function is a busy one. You will work with a great team, lgain new expertise, and meet lots of interesting people and enjoy all that Twizel and the surrounding area has to offer.
