They are developing their BOP office and have recently been awarded some new work and now have a need for a Senior PQS with specific strengths and practice in providing infrastructure cost services to clients. In support of the Regional Manager, you will be working on projects all over BOP including roads, rail & bridge construction, land development, civil space structures and other capital infrastructure projects. Many clients are in the government sector so exposure to these clients would be valuable. Your responsibilities include: Forecasting, estimating and cost plans, practiccapability analysis, financial control and client reporting. You will be working both pre & post contract and will have direct exposure to various clients. To be considered for this function, you have: » A BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management » 7+ years' NZ practice in Professional Quantity Surveying within Infrastructure » Professional Membership » practice in client engagement especially with Government clients » capability to work both Pre & Post Contract You will be compensateed with a competitive income of between $100K - $140K.
