The business has worked all over the lockdown as are an essential service. About the function: This is an excellent function for someone who is wanting to work in a varied function. You will be working in a direct Human Resources Team of 4 and your function will involve looking after the recruitment, employment relations, working with the unions just to name a few. To be prosperous you will ideally have practice with the unions or have a key interest in this area. About you: - Strong communication and written expertise are essential - Tech savvy - Flexible and able to work in a pressured environment - High attention to detail - capability to adapt and work well in a team - 2-3 years HR practice -Adaptable and able to work in a changing environment - Previous practice working with unions is desired This position will give you a real sense of purpose and grow your expertiseet.
