This position will provide support to our busy Operations division based in Hamilton Waikato. This is a wh?nau based organisation with an understanding of kaupapa M?ori practices. Document Management » Support our documented procedures by maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents. » Take ownership of the consistency, accessibility and structure of company Wiki. » Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows) over the course of system changes. Special Projects You will be tasked with special projects where you will need to understand the business and technical requirements, and work with staff and contractors to plan and complete this project. Commission Calculations » Learn the rules, metrics, and implementation of our commissioning system, become proficient in manually calculating commissions, and contribute towards both troubleshooting and enhancing it. Support It Team & Staff » Provide basic IT support for staff Continuous Improvement » Continually look for opportunity to evaluate current practice and offer efficiency in process, delivery, and cost. » Keep up to date with technical developments, emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them. Personal Responsibilities » Ensure employee and visitor safety is a top priority and actively managed in line with the company policy and board directives in all work activities. » Proactively develop and maintain effective relationships (both internal and external) to facilitate organisational objectives and the effective running of the business. » Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, department meetings and participating in operational coaching. » Continually look for opportunities for improvement and contribute to SOP development and/or reviews. General Standards » Contribute to and maintain a positive, safe and secure work environment. » Maintain a positive, helpful and friendly attitude towards fellow team members. » Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, together with relevant legislation and guidelines of regulatory bodies. » Maintain a public image which is compatible with the highest standards at all times whilst on the premises. » Ensure all aspects of the company's purpose and core values are upheld. » Ensure full confidentiality is maintained at all times.
