Personal adjunct and Projects Coordinator:landcareJob description:Job DescriptionWe are seeking for an enthusiastic multitasker who is interested to take up the challenge of this dual function.The function The purpose of this function is twofold; an interesting mix of providing personal assistance to General Managers along with coordinating and driving the projects that are significant to their areas of the business. This permanent, full-time position will support the GM Science and Knowledge Translation and the GM M?ori Partnerships and is located in our Wellington site. What We are seeking for You’ll have proven practice in a senior PA function, with the capability to guide senior managers in their use of time and resources. You’ll have proven project management expertise with a high level of attention to detail and the energy and capability to juggle priorities. You’ll also be knowledgeable about managing confidential information, have a customer-service focus, well-developed interpersonal and communication expertise, sound computer literacy and a proactive hands-on attitude. In the project coordinator space you will set up, coordinate and at times cofacilitate workshops. An knowledge of science, tikanga and te reo M?ori is required. this function is perfect for someone who knows their strengths, is a team player and is confident to contribute to organisational aspirations.
