They are a leading Information technology service provider who provide web hosting, cloud servers, anti-spam and business grade email hosting. The function You’ll provide level 1 and 2 technical support for all business customers and provide the top-notch support for hardware and software issues. Your tasks could include anything from: • Provide support for hosted services in operation • Build, configure, support and maintain PCs • Ensure systems are properly maintained and ungraded, including anti-virus, back ups, imaging and patching • Provide remote and onsite end user support You will answer incoming calls and email and action, transfer or log jobs immediately. Your capability to plan and prioritise your workload in important always recording actions into the CRM. The Right Person this function requires you to have strong customer service expertise, previous call centre/IT helpdesk practice, and strong problem solving expertise. Having the natural confidence to take control and pick up new systems quickly will ensure your success in this position.
