The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art production software and collaborate with the workshop manager to maintain production plans and schedules, generate reports, and provide regular updates to management on performance. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to: » Ensure that the full process from client engagement through to procurement is managed and efficient throughout the duration of each project, whilst striving to achieve budget. » Create a culture of excellence through continuous improvement and achievement. » Assist with tender vs construction take offs for each project. » Procure project-specific materials such as steel, profiling, purlins, etc. » Promote and manage Health and Safety within the work environments. » Personal Development/Training. » Mentor junior staff on technical and professional standards. Requirements: » Relevant work experience in a similar position with structural steel experience. » Proven IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. » Reliable, consistent, and prioritize health and safety. » Fully vaccinated and currently residing in New Zealand with permanent residency visas.
