You will lead a team of Learning Specialists as they deliver a vibrant programme of New Zealand curriculum-linked practices to support our four Ministry of Education-funded ELC contracts. We want to hear from practiced leaders who have a track record of shaping pedagogically strong programmes that make a measurable difference. As an essential part of our Wider leadership abilities Team, you will develop a strategy for the Learning Team. You will bring significant practice planning, delivering and reporting at a senior level, and we expect you to coach your team to achieve excellent results. As Somebody with significant practice working in education functions, you will have established networks and communicate effortlessly with internal and external stakeholders. You will seamlessly intersect with other practice Wellington teams, leading the Learning Team to develop and deliver connected, engaging education practices that complement exhibitions and events.
