Key Job responsibilities: » Performance leadership abilities across the M?ori Land Court: driving operational and service delivery consistency and standardisation » Understand and meet our court users and the public’s expectations and use client feedback to inform service delivery standards » Business owner for the M?ori Land Court digital technology (P?taka Whenua) to ensure business practices and the technology support data quality and are compliant with information management principles » Making the connection between business performance information and continuous improvement, to advise managers on business-driven improvement opportunities within the group (across systems, technology, processes and procedures) » Ensuring system business practices and solution support data quality and are compliant with information management principles » Leading the development of appropriate processes and systems required to provide significant performance information, continuous improvement and operational policy support to M?ori Land Court » Ensuring timely and accurate official and ministerial correspondence is prepared » Ensuring that channels of communication (website, social media and printed materials) contain information, which is timely, accurate and fit for purpose He p?kenga tou / expertise and practice To be prosperous in the function you’ll need the following: » An knowledge of Ng?
