Your role in this is to continue to grow your customer base ensuring you do so ethically, confidently and maintaining company procedures at all times. To be in the running for this sales role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes: »Minimum of 2 year face to face sales experience »Ideally come from a customer service or retail background »Self-driven »Excellent written and verbal communication skills »Business qualification in sales, marketing, business administration (nice to have) »Clean credit history and criminal record »Full NZ Drivers Licence »KPI driven »Cold Calling/Door knocking experience »Honest, ethical, reliable and organised »Good mathematical skills »Stocktaking awareness »Compliance and regulatory knowledge in a retail environment »Ability to work alone and with a team - with a logical approach If you are not afraid of the chase, comfortable knocking on people's doors, know how to organise your week, and have conversation ability to chat with a wide range of customers you could earn fantastic $$$$.
