About the function Reporting into the group HR Manager you will be the first point of contact for all thing’s recruitment in this business. In this newly created position, you will have a continuous improvement mindset working collaboratively with the Senior Management team and all hiring managers on a national level. You will be able to influence and drive positive change in addition to implementing new procedures. The business will rely on your skills to build a sustainable workforce with a robust end to end recruitment process. You will thrive on working with multiple functions and recruiting long term talent, not only in healthcare. With admin support on offer you can spend your time working on high priority initiatives and strategies with the Senior leadership abilities team to deliver on business goals. The Ideal candidate Will have a degree in HR (highly desirable but not essential) or a minimum of 4-5 years’ practice in a similar function. Highly organized with excellent decision making and judgment skills with a solution focused mindset. You will be able to influence and collaborate with Senior Management with ease and work with a high volume of hiring managers within the business. You will be able to drive change and implement new processes and systems with a large organisation.
