The function You would be working within a friendly contact centre team for a well-known New Zealand charity. this function will require you to answer inbound phone calls from a range of potential customers. You will be providing prompt customer service, inputting information into computer systems, and where required contacting other services and teams to provide further assistance to the customer. this function requires you to have an impeccable phone manner, strong emotional intelligence, be tech savvy, and quick to act in high-pressure or stressful situations. Hours and shifts This is a full-time function (40 hours per week) Rostered across 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday Pay rate The rate of pay for this function is $21 per hour + 8% holiday pay.
