About the function
Are you looking for a new challenge in Service Desk Support?
Do you get a kick out of helping others, and have excellent written and verbal communication expertise?
Are you comfortable working in a challenging and fast paced environment?
If so, this function could be yours.
Joining our existing team, you’ll help us expand our reach to provide continuous support capcapability from our location in Wellington team.
You’ll gain practice providing Service Desk support across a broad variety of business technologies including; bespoke application support, user provisioning, user access, data collection and data integrity support.
About you
To thrive in this function you’ll have the following:
   » At least one to two years’ practice in a Contact Centre / Service Desk environment
   » practice with using a call tracking system
   » practice in troubleshooting bespoke application support

   » Excellent communications expertise – you’re a natural on the phone and can master a great email.
   » A natural interest in helping people, and know how to build relationships quickly
   » An attraction for technology and navigating different systems
   » A focus on results and solutions
   » Tact, diplomacy, patience
   » Personal assertiveness and motivation
   » Fast keyboard expertise with high accuracy
   » High attention to detail, thorough, meticulous and consistent
   » A focus on results and solutions

   » Have the ‘can do attitude’ and goes the extra mile
   » Can demonstrate initiative and self-direction
   » Has excellent time keeping expertise
