As a Customer Helpdesk Engineer, you will troubleshoot and provide solutions for all technology issues, as escalated by junior engineers. You will ensure customer service level agreements are met and provide a single point of contact for ownership of escalated requests. tasks • Build and maintain the products • Working with product managers • Identify opportunities in products • Supporting the customer-facing teams expertise & practice • 2+ years of practice as a developer, with a good knowledge of Object Oriented PHP and/or MVC frameworks • knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular 2+ • Knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS and tooling such as Webpack. • Excellent communication expertise both oral and written. • capability to work to deadlines Desirable practice developing with PHP How to Apply?
