The Board's function is to ensure the safety of the public is met through the regulation of psychologists. The function The Board is seeking a Registration and Standards Coordinator to support the General Manager/Registrar by managing applications for registrations and practising certificates, and to manage a caseload of complaints and notifications. The position will report to the Deputy Registrar and will also contribute to reporting, policy development and ad-hoc projects. Ideally you will have practice in a regulatory environment or one that deals with case management or complaints processes. You will have strong written and verbal communication expertise and enjoy working in a small team environment both collaboratively and autonomously. practice in dealing with people with sensitivity is required and you must have a high level of integrity and judgement. You will have a minimum of developing knowledge and knowledge of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and use of basic te reo M?ori. A tertiary qualification in a significant field (for example, law, health or public policy) is also expected. practice in drafting briefing papers would be beneficial.
