The facility offers a wide variety of activities and a creative programme including gallery exhibitions, pop-up events, creative classes and workshops for all ages, plus studio hire for arts tenants as well and venue hire for commercial and community use. The purpose of this function is to ensure the facility runs smoothly by managing key stakeholder relationships, promoting the facility and its multiple uses, providing excellent support and a first-rate customer practice. You will coordinate all day-to-day operational aspects of the facility, provide administration and customer service support within an arts and culture facility and provide support to the Facility Manager. this function will also work collaboratively with the team and customers to deliver an exciting annual, programme of exhibitions and events. He k?rero m?u: About you Studio One Toi T? requires someone proactive with the capability to problem solve and work with our community to keep things running smoothly. this function would suit someone who can work collaboratively, with excellent communication expertise and can stay calm under pressure. Information technology goes without saying that your capability to work with a creative community and juggle a range of responsibilities and deadlines will play a big part in your success in this function.
