The Company

This business operates out of Seaview, Lower Hutt - Under a global umbrella they specialise across delivery of entrance systems and acoustic / fire rated doors. They are a well known supplier across commercial and industrial sites across the entire country with work running past 2025

The Role

You will have the opportunity to oversee multiple projects, continuously monitoring cost estimations throughout the project delivery. Coordinating across clients and sub-contractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery of services and product.

You will have:
   » At least 2 years' experience across a Project Coordinator / Estimation background
   » Relevant qualifications across Construction Management / Quantity Surveying (preferred)
   » Thorough knowledge of working in the Construction Industry in required
   » Passion for your work and willingness to collaborate apart of a team environment
   » Ordering and coordinating suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors
   » Coordinating administration, time frames and quality across sites /projects
   » Solution-orientated approach
   » A strong knowledge of building and maintaining client relationships
   » Strong experience monitoring and managing variations & ensure accurate document management
