The Tumu ensures the learners journey is prosperous, where they achieve their aspirations. Once the learner has added to their waka with what they need, the learner unhitches their waka from the Tumu returning to their whanau, hapu, iwi, employers and the wider community to share their wealth of expertise and knowledge. About the function We are seeking for Kaiawhina to support students at Wintec through a proactive, holistic and case-located model of support with a focus on equity for Maori and Pasifika learners. In this function you will utilise a variety of strategies, including technology tools, to aid in student retention, success and completion initiatives at Wintec.
