This is a busy function where you will be part of a small skilled and dynamic team dealing with generalist work – No two days will be the same. tasks Generalist HR tasks » Providing advice and promoting effective people and performance practices by coaching managers in people management tools and approaches. » Support Managers within their workforce capcapability » Working with the health, safety, and wellbeing team expertise & practice • Completed or working toward a qualification in HR, or significant equivalent practice • 2 years working in a generalist HR coordinator or Administration function • Desirable; 1-2 years in a People and Capcapability Advisor position • An knowledge of NZ employment law What’s on Offer?
