Join our team as a Lead Factory Fabricator, responsible for crafting high-quality Bespoke and Turnkey products. We specialize in custom fabrication for complex projects, including high-security fencing, national infrastructure for rail and road, distribution centers, and schools. Our goal is to provide tailored, high-security solutions for diverse projects.

Responsibilities:
   » Read and interpret shop drawings accurately.
   » Lead complex fabrication tasks as needed.
   » Record production details and ensure correct packaging.
   » Collaborate with the Factory Supervisor to optimize productivity.
   » Maintain an organised work area and assist with yard management.
   » Support colleagues in understanding job requirements.
   » Undertake accurate site works as required.
Requirements:
   » Engineering or similar experience with machinery knowledge.
   » Proven industrial segment experience.
   » Welding certificate or ability to obtain one.
   » Proficient in reading plans and technical information.
   » Good written and English communication skills.
   » Full driving licence and forklift experience.
Qualities:
   » Positive and proactive attitude.
   » Ethical and transparent in all dealings.
   » Physically capable of performing fabrication tasks.
   » Influential team player with strong attention to detail.
   » Methodical and proactive approach.
