Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Reporting to the Revenue & Analysis Manager, you will be responsiblefor providing reports, business and planning support and analysis, to improve the processes of both Faculties and to assist management in their decision making.
Key areas of accountcapability will include the provision of reports, analysis and information to assist Senior Management in meeting strategic goals and faculty KPIs. Position expectations include:
   » Analysis of operational and financial processes to identify areas for improvement;
   » Identification and communication of student trends to support forecasting processes;
   » Supporting the Finance Team by providing reports and sourcing data for the budgeting and forecasting processes;
   » Support the development of Faculty Plans and Business Cases as required;
   » Being the key Faculty contact and centre of skills for planning tools and systems (such as Hyperion Planning).
Candidates who demonstrate exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills, a robust and rigorous approach to decision making, and being proactive and solutions-focused, will be strongly considered. Ideally, you will either be CA or part CA qualified and must hold a significant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.

   » Establishing Strategic Direction:You'll use your forward-thinking capability to support the development of faculty plans and produce business cases as required.
   » Establishing Relationships: You will understand your senior manager's needs and be able to work with them to work towards their goal and when necessary deliver difficult news.
This is a Fulltime (37.5 hours/week) , Permanent function
salary: $76,200 – $94,100 negotiable on practice and qualifications
