About The Role
   » Facilitate the implementation of marketing strategies, ensuring they are effectively adapted to the New Zealand market.
   » Oversee the lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from concept to analysis, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
   » Produce compelling content across various mediums to elevate Adecco's brand and engage with the target audience.
   » Serve as a key point of contact for marketing within the organisation, fostering strong relationships across teams.
   » Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring they reflect Adecco's high standards and meet strategic objectives.
   » Undertake research to inform strategies, staying ahead of market trends and customer dynamics.
   » Utilise analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, presenting insights and recommendations.
   » Manage external vendor partnerships to ensure quality and efficiency in marketing support services.
   » Monitor marketing deliverables to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and regulatory compliance.
   » Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and practices to enhance the department's capabilities.

About You
   » Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record.
   » Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
   » Proficient in managing cross-functional collaborations.
   » Demonstrable project management and organisational abilities.
   » Adept in digital marketing practices and social media management.
   » Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with contemporary marketing software.
   » Ability to prioritise and respond to changing business needs.
