Are you an IT Professional? Our amazing client is looking for an Enablement Specialist!

The main purpose and challenges of this role are to supply quality, timely and accurate application ownership of the Warehouse Management System applications to the Group. The key objective being to ensure our warehouse systems are performing optimally, tasked with continuous improvement through the use of technology, whilst strategically linking operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will essentially play the role of Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert.

The Requirements

Essential
   » 5+ years' experience supporting and configuring warehouse applications, ideally Cargo wise.
   » Proven logistics Industry knowledge
Preferred
   » Product Owner or Application lead experience preferred with demonstrated delivery of continual improvement capability.
   » ITIL certification preferred.
   » Superb communication skills with ability to liaise at all levels of an organisation. Desire to upskill others and fully automate process so you can focus on continual improvement.
