Project ManagerLocation Rodney & North ShoreAuckland Job type Full Time Salary to Category Sales & Marketing > Other » » » In the capacity of a Project Manager, time will be spent between office, home, and on-site to meet consultants, clients, and production teams. The ability to manage time effectively will ensure projects are being run in accordance with the agreed scope, quality and cost. » Responsible for retail fixture, activation, experiential and campaign briefs under the Retail and Brand Enhancement Project. » Initiate projects with client briefing and organize team internally and with suppliers » Manage, concept & design development and present to client, negotiating scope and cost with client (supported by Shopper Solutions Director) » Oversee cost management, planning, concept, design, technical, procurement, production, logistics, and maintenance/operation » Manage Finances including: forecasting, budgeting, invoicing and anything related » Responsible for the management and recruitment of event/activation staff, including training and oversight. » Manage operations and logistics including 3rd party costs and scope of works » Liaise with client and account team to establish program requirements and objectives, including obtaining briefs for assigned projects » Contribute to client marketing strategy and thinking » Responsibility for highlighting issues or concerns to the client for review » Demonstrate innovation and creativity beyond client ideas » Strategically lead project-related work including process and schedule management Additional responsibilities and duties » Support the Shopper Solutions Director in creating new business opportunities » Support the wider team across retail and campaign projects as required » Provide creative direction and thought leadership to the studio team for relevant projects » Additional support duties across the agency as required Competitive remuneration package including company benefits.
