We are growing and as a result we have a newly created role for a management accountant to come on board. Reporting into the Finance Director, this will be you step into senior management. This role will require someone who is proactive, self-motivated and have the ability to work well under pressure. You will be an excellent communicator who is results driven, has time-management skills, can communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people in all situations. You would need to have experience in external and internal suppliers and department managers, with solid experience in GST, PAYE, income tax, MY08, Microsoft packages, with a min of 3 years' experience in Accounting/Audit roles. The management accountant will be responsible for the financial analysis and reporting, Account payable and receivable, banking, payroll, Regulatory and general administration of the business unit. To be considered, you will possess the following: » Min 3-5 years' accounting experience, preferably in a similar role » An ability to form successful relationships with Intergroup employees and external clients » Strong analytical skills » Consultative interpersonal style » Creative problem solving » Capacity to understand wider picture » An eye for detail and a focus on continual improvement.
