The function works with Operations Managers in the Contact Centre to set team strategy and assists in solving and works on risk mitigation to ensure effective operational delivery. Ensures the team have the tools and resources necessary to execute. The core business is social surveys and the creation of data insights. This would suit Somebody with a social research background, practiced in surveys management and operations. In the next 6 months their will be solid projects to rollout across the contact centre and this will involve strategy for rollout and ensuring delivery to the project deadline and deliverables. You will work with frontline teams and oprtaions management and 'big' thinking tech teams- and is a real opportunity to make a difference to the community.
