What will you be doing? You will be working within our Adecco Career Centre completing two primary functions. The first aspect of this position is compliance based which involves: » Compliance checking new candidate files » Completing pre-employment checks on candidates i.e. visa view verifications, reference checks » Contributing to reporting and other coordination activities from time to time The second aspect is recruitment focused and involves: » Supporting our branches when required with recruitment activities such as advertising, screening & interviewing » Assisting with project recruitment in both the temporary and permanent recruitment space » Using our comprehensive database effectively to source candidates » Ensuring candidates always receive outstanding care through your personable and engaging nature What do you bring to this role? » Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to build a rapport on the phone and/or through digital platforms » Strong attention to detail, ability to work towards tight timeframes » Effective time management and prioritisation » A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet » Enthusiasm for exploring fresh avenues for sourcing talent.
