As the Financial controller your function will be to manage the full finance function including: » Commercial strategic Support » Preparation of board reports » Management reports » Presenting at a board level » Strategic finance support » Cashflow Forecasting To be considered for this position Information technology is essential you are CA qualified or equivalent, ideally from a Big 4 background with commercial in a fast-paced forward-thinking organisation with a start-up and/or FMCG. Some practice with capital raising, investor management etc would be useful but not essential for the right person. You will have strong technical expertise and leadership abilities capcapability. As the organisation is in the key growth phase, this will be a robust function managing a direct report and guiding them through the sensitive growth phase. this function will be hands on in all aspects of the finance function, however long term this function presents a great opportunity to grow with the business, support the strategic development and get in on the ground floor.
