About the Position: We’re looking for a dynamic, hybrid Office Manager with a bit of an IT/Technology slant. You’ll have a mix of expertise meaning you’ll be well versed in all things ‘staff equipment’ will also have a soft spot for being the beloved ‘office go to’ when Information technology comes to the smooth running of the office facilities from swipe card access, to setting up new staff members and managing relationships with external suppliers such as cleaning and security suppliers. You will be a pro when Information technology comes to: • Contract management with external suppliers (cleaners, security) • Ensure all facilities contracts are renewed on time and revised annually • Managing relationships with external suppliers, management of new staff members swipe cards • Office Management – liaising with property managers, tradesmen • Training staff in regards to video conference ware, printers and other office equipment • General project/ad-hoc administrative support • Setting up new staff members with computer equipment, onboarding, induction packs • Onsite, level 1 Information technology support (management and distribution of Information technology goods) About you: You are someone who loves to be the cog that keeps the wheels turning.
