Hauora M?ori (M?ori Health) team as a Kaiurungi (Release Train Engineer), controlling the urungi (steering paddle) of our waka hourua (Agile Release Train) as we deliver kaupapa M?ori solutions within a te ao M?ori Agile way. Kiritaki and wh?nau are at the ihu (bow), always at the very forefront of all intention and direction of our waka hourua. Sharing leadership abilities accountcapability for the waka hourua with our Kaiwhakatere (Product Manager), the Kaiurungi’s primary responsibility is to optimise flow of kauapapa M?ori results through the waka hourua, by function modelling and facilitating te ao M?ori Agile ways of working, including waka hourua ceremonies, eliminating impediments, managing risk, and driving relentless improvement. The Kaiurungi also plays an important part in contributing to the growth and maturity of the Kaiurungi RTE Practice and ACCs wider Agile Community. Working at ACC The income range for this function begins at $134,001. Remuneration will depend on the expertise and practice of the prosperous applicant. ACC also offers additional 9% superannuation.
