We are on the hunt for a Digital Product Development Specialist to join us! The key purpose of the Digital Product Development Specialist is to be a vital team member of the Digital Product Development team led by the Digital Product Development Manager to deliver strategically important step-change in Auckland Unlimited' s digital maturity and strengthen the product development capcapability of a diverse set of marketing and business people. You will be working closely with the digital marketing team to implement the Product Development aspects of the Digital Strategy. You will champion and support the development of a portfolio of new and existing products on behalf of business owners by supporting the Digital Product Development Manager implement wider roadmaps for various digital platforms and implement best practise product development methodology at Auckland Unlimited. As the product owner of strategic digital products and you will be creating and delivering roadmaps and uphold customer-centricity by contributing and maintaining product vision. You will build capcapability across the organisation to use the product development life cycle and create strategy and brand-aligned, customer-centric and innovative digital products that achieve results. this function will involve working closely and collaboratively with multiple business units and their own the core digital team along with external suppliers to develop products and enhance Auckland Unlimited' s product development. He k?rero m?u: About you Passionate about product development, you will have significant practice working in large organisations with multiple stakeholders and managing competing agendas and priorities. You're well versed in delivering multiple new and existing products whilst leading groups and facilitating problem solving to achieve decisions and results. You will be skilled at user centred design and design thinking practices to inform product development. A strong influencer and communicator, you will be digitally savvy and have prior practice with lean, agile, flexible, iterative product development methodologies. Your personal resilience, positivity and capability to maintain composure under scrutiny will set you apart.
