The Opportunity and compensates To meet this demand, We are pursuing Expressions of Interest from Recruitment Professionals to present services we believe will assist clients to engage the skills they need to move forward in today's economic environment. We can offer a specific ?specialty? focus on sectors where change is happening, the capability to work alongside some of the most practiced recruitment and search professionals, whilst at the same time retaining independence, individualised ?no pressure? performance expectations, plus reputedly one of the highest commission schemes and business framework located on a franchise style model. Criteria Whilst general recruitment practice is essential, we are particularly interested in securing further skills in the IT, technology, e-commerce and digital space where we can focus on the emerging technologies where demand for talent is high. There are proven criteria we need for success within our framework, so you'll need the following: » Be able to work in the house » Be financially resilient and be able to ride the highs and lows of recruitment » Possess a minimum of 5 years' (preferably more) practice in recruitment, or bring specific sector practice » Have undertaken recruitment at a professional and executive level » Have strong connections and networks » Be entirely self-motivated and happy to develop business » Be able to choose your hours - full or part-time » Be a ?mature? operator who can identify with all working generations Attributes Amongst the personal attributes, you'll need are the following: » Strong ethics and professional integrity, transparency, accountcapability, and relicapability » capability to conceptualise and problem-solve » Have a flexible and adaptable approach to resourcing solutions » Possess exceptional communication and relationship management skills » Be able to influence resourcing decision-making with sound commercial advice » Not be afraid to challenge convention » Be comfortable operating in both the public and private sectors Action We are pursuing genuine enquiries from practiced recruiters who may either be operating on their own and perhaps feel an ?association? may be the best way forward, perhaps those within larger operators who may be struggling with the demands imposed and the uncertainty of today's recruitment climate, or those working in an internal recruitment environment that may be limiting your potential.
