About this function The Principal Advisor Secondary Transitions is a regionally located specialist providing change, and thought leadership abilities to education sector leaders, assisting them to support learners to move through education to employment. About you Among the expertise and expertise, you will bring are: » you will work with K?hui Ako, secondary schools and tertiary education providers to develop new strategies to lift achievement and rates of retention in education and will help education providers to establish strong local partnerships to equip young people to build prosperous careers » we’re looking for Somebody with great interpersonal and relationship expertise, displays diplomacy and tact, and who can work seamlessly between employers, tertiary providers and schools » you will have broad practice and expertise in education and or leadership abilities and the capability to support professional change at a school level » candidates must also have a full driver’s licence as travel will be required.
