Information technology involves being service focussed, implementing new systems, performing as a team member, and food and beverage service management . The prosperous applicant will have at least two years of formal service practice and sound expertise of wine service practices. Training and support will be given. We specialise in Pasta made with quality ingredients and traditional methods with a small international beverage list. An interest in current restaurant trends will be an advantage. We expect industry standards to be upheld while aiming to exceed. The position is mainly evening service with three lunch shifts per week. The prosperous candidate will: Have at least two years restaurant service practice Be versatile, able to hold down a busy wait station, bar, coffee machine and kitchen pass Be available to work evenings Be confident and capable Ideally hold a current duty manager’s certificate To be considered, candidates must have the right to work legally in New Zealand.
