We are seeking for the next generation of exceptional individuals to join our special Talent Programme. We say ?special' because our programme is open to everyone hoping to kick start their professional career. Who are we? We are the Clemenger Group, New Zealand's largest and most prosperous group of advertising/marketing communications companies with offices in Auckland and Wellington. The Clemenger Group is an Australasian company which in turn is part of the highly prosperous, global BBDO network. What We are seeking for We want to hear from passionate, hard-working and resilient individuals with excellent interpersonal and communications expertise. About the Programme You don't need to know anything about advertising or marketing to be part of our nine-month Talent Programme. We will teach you what you need to know. You will be learning from the best in the business and be given a unique opportunity to rotate through different agencies and departments before working in an area where you can shine the brightest. If you are selected by one of our participating agencies you will be employed on a fixed term employment agreement, on an entry level income. While there is no guarantee of a permanent job at the end of the programme, our plan is that you will land your dream job and have the function of a lifetime with us.
