Offer: Chefs (all Levels):Job description:Chefs (all Levels)Payment: Paid Position ($25-30)Job location: Grafton Region: Auckland practice: practice Necessary Listing Added: 08/08/2022 JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking for the following chef positions to join our Kitchen brigade supporting our various F&B outlets including Pastry and general food production: - Sous chef - Chef de Partie - Demi chef - Commis Chef - Kitchen Hand Our ideal candidates will have previous practice in a restaurant and / or hotel with a proven capability to run a section. You will need to have excellent knife expertise, exposure to western cuisines, a solid knowledge of HACCP and the capability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues. We are one of the busiest kitchens in Auckland so this will suit someone who enjoys and can manage large volumes.
