We need help to get our house, garden and yacht ready for the summer before Dec 17. . There would be a random selection of jobs including house spring cleaning in and out, garden tidying including weeding/pruning, boat jobs eg cleaning, some sanding/polishing etc We are seeking for a couple or two friends , who are happy to share a room. You will need to be physically fit, practical and willing to lend a hand to anything that needs doing. A vehicle is a real bonus. Kerikeri is a boutique small town in Northland with great walks, access to local beaches and an attractive friendly atmosphere. We are family who work in the house with 18 yr old twin boys. We live on a lovely coastal farm with sheep, great water views 10 minutes from Kerikeri. We love sailing, cycling and beaches and have our yacht, dinghies, kayaks, paddleboards and a beach house nearby that is often rented out. There are good rural walks and rides from our gorgeous house and a lake to explore at the bottom of the property. Please apply if you have a "can do" attitude, a availability to get stuck in and you're good company! This is a live-in position. Full accommodation is provided in your own very large bedroom space with sea views, laundry, internet, spa and full healthy meals with us. Food and accommodation etc is deducted from your pay rate valued at $21.20/hr. We convert a full day of keep to be equivalent of 4 hours per day with flexibility over timing so you can explore the area, Very good English essential, sense of humour imperative!
