This is a great opportunity to work in a large high-profile government agency and support a busy HR/Recruitment team.   You will be providing a range of support functions and using your existing HR expertise and expertise  
Key responsibilities include:
   » Monitoring inbox and responding to queries
   » Organising meetings
   » Prioritising workload and following up on actions
   » Updating, tracking and reporting using Excel
   » Formatting and editing documents
   » General administration support

You will need to have the follow proven practice and attributes:
   » Proven HR or Recruitment Administration practice
   » capability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
   » Strong problem-solving expertise and initiative to anticipate needs
   » Technically savvy and able to pick up systems and processes
   » Passion for administration and delivering a quality service
   » Positive ?can do? attitude and keen to lgain
