This newly created function will lead the development, implementation and assessment of a health, safety and welling management system. As well as, proactively coaching people leaders on good practice to help further embed a culture that embraces health, safety and wellbeing.

   » practice implementing HS&W management systems
   » broad knowledge and knowledge of HS&W legislation and best practice
   » Thought leadership abilities and skills
   » Confidence in designing a user-friendly management system that meets recognised standards
